You pick a time for a short call. We confirm the plan fits what you actually need, walk through how your agent will work, and give you a go-live date. Nothing is charged on that call, and if a cheaper plan covers you, we will say so.
The Starter phone agent handles calls in English. On Growth, English and Spanish come as standard, and beyond those we can set your agent up in a wide range of other languages, including Armenian, Korean and Russian — tell us which ones your callers use and we will configure them during setup.
Yes. You can run them side by side on separate plans, or move to Pro, where chat, SMS, phone, and email are handled as one system sharing the same knowledge, the same calendar, and the same CRM.
