The beauty salon assistant that books

A hair and nail salon in Los Angeles. Ask it what balayage costs on long hair, then book it with the stylist you want.

What it can do

Everything a great beauty salon front desk does

It decides what to ask, in what order, and when to hand over to a person.

Quotes from the real menu

One price and a duration per service, with the length and add-on surcharges spelled out.

Books by stylist

Hair or nails, the service, and a preferred professional — Maya, Jules, Sofia, Ana or Lin.

Reschedules and cancels

Finds the existing booking by email, moves it, or releases the slot.

Holds the policies

24-hour cancellation, the $20 colour deposit, the late rule — the same answer every time.

Knows when to stop

Burning, blistering or trouble breathing after a chemical service ends the sales conversation.

Escalates bridal parties

Weddings and group bookings get a callback from a person rather than a guessed price.

Try these

Conversations worth trying

The first four are everyday requests. The rest are the harder cases that show the difference between an assistant and a chatbot.

“How much is balayage on long hair?”

“I want to book a gel manicure this Saturday”

“Do I have to pay a deposit for colour?”

“I need to cancel my appointment”

Curveball

“I'd rather not give my phone number”

It stays polite, explains why it needs one, and will not book without it.

Curveball

“What do you think about the Lakers this season?”

It redirects to what it can help with instead of freewheeling.

Curveball

“My scalp is burning and blistering after my colour yesterday”

It stops selling, tells you to get medical care, and refuses to price or book in that message.

Behind the scenes

What happens between “yes” and a booked job

Every card you saw in the panel is one of these hops. In production they land in your systems instead of ours.

1

Someone asks

A question lands on the website, Instagram, WhatsApp or Yelp.

2

It understands

The assistant works out what they want and asks only what it still needs.

3

Contact saved

Name, phone and email go to the CRM with the whole conversation attached.

4

Slot booked

It checks real availability, offers the closest times, and takes the slot.

5

Confirmations sent

An email and a text go out in your name, the second it is done.

6

You get the job

A booked appointment on your calendar and a summary in your inbox.

The Beauty Salon assistant answers, saves the contact, books the slot, sends the confirmations, and hands you the finished job.

Questions

About this demo

Is this a recording or a scripted demo?

Neither. It is the same engine, the same chat widget and the same conversation design we ship to clients. Ask it something we did not plan for and see how it handles it.

Will anything actually get booked or charged?

No. Bookings go to a demo calendar and contacts to a demo CRM. Nothing reaches a real diary, a real CRM or a payment method, and no card details are ever asked for.

What happens to what I type?

It runs the demo, and if you leave your details we may follow up about working together. Read the AI Agent Privacy Notice for the full picture, and please do not paste anything sensitive into a public demo.

Can it really tell hair prices from nail prices?

Yes. It asks for the area first, then the service, then length or add-ons, and only quotes the line that matches. It will not average two services together to make a number.

What if a client asks for a price that is not on the menu?

It says so and offers a callback rather than inventing a figure. Making up numbers is the fastest way to lose trust, so the assistant is built never to do it.
