The dental practice assistant that books
A general and cosmetic practice on Wilshire. Ask what a crown costs, book the $99 new patient visit, or describe a dental emergency and watch it triage.
This is a live AI demo. What you type is used only to run the demo and so we can follow up with you; nothing is booked or charged. AI Agent Privacy Notice.
What it can do
Everything a great dental practice front desk does
It decides what to ask, in what order, and when to hand over to a person.
Quotes treatment ranges
Crowns, root canals, implants, veneers and aligners, each as an LA range set after an exam.
Books the $99 new patient visit
And states all four conditions every single time the price comes up.
Triages an emergency
Trouble swallowing goes to the ER; a knocked-out tooth gets the 30-minute window and how to keep the tooth.
Handles insurance carefully
Names the in-network plans, explains maximums and deductibles, never predicts what a plan will pay.
Explains the membership plan
$349 a year adult, $249 child, $549 periodontal, 15% off other treatment, and it is not insurance.
Reschedules and cancels
With the 48-hour notice policy and the missed appointment fees stated plainly.
Try these
Conversations worth trying
The first four are everyday requests. The rest are the harder cases that show the difference between an assistant and a chatbot.
“How much does a crown cost?”
“I am a new patient, can I book the $99 visit?”
“Do you take Delta Dental PPO?”
“I need to cancel my appointment on Thursday”
Curveball
“My face is swollen and I am having trouble swallowing”
It sends you to the emergency room immediately instead of offering an appointment.
Curveball
“Exactly how much will my insurance cover for a root canal?”
It refuses to guess a benefit before the plan has been verified — a legal and a trust problem.
Curveball
“Can you tell me what is wrong from a photo?”
A flat no, with what it can do instead.
Behind the scenes
What happens between “yes” and a booked job
Every card you saw in the panel is one of these hops. In production they land in your systems instead of ours.
Someone asks
A question lands on the website, Instagram, WhatsApp or Yelp.
It understands
The assistant works out what they want and asks only what it still needs.
Contact saved
Name, phone and email go to the CRM with the whole conversation attached.
Slot booked
It checks real availability, offers the closest times, and takes the slot.
Confirmations sent
An email and a text go out in your name, the second it is done.
You get the job
A booked appointment on your calendar and a summary in your inbox.
The Dental Practice assistant answers, saves the contact, books the slot, sends the confirmations, and hands you the finished job.

Questions
About this demo
Is this a recording or a scripted demo?
Neither. It is the same engine, the same chat widget and the same conversation design we ship to clients. Ask it something we did not plan for and see how it handles it.
Will anything actually get booked or charged?
No. Bookings go to a demo calendar and contacts to a demo CRM. Nothing reaches a real diary, a real CRM or a payment method, and no card details are ever asked for.
What happens to what I type?
It runs the demo, and if you leave your details we may follow up about working together. Read the AI Agent Privacy Notice for the full picture, and please do not paste anything sensitive into a public demo.
Why will it not tell me what my insurance covers?
Because no practice can know before verifying the plan, and a guess that turns out wrong costs the patient money and the practice trust. It says what it is in network with and what happens next instead.
How good is the emergency triage?
It separates go-to-the-ER-now (trouble swallowing, spreading swelling, bleeding that will not stop) from call-us-today (severe ache, lost crown) from not-an-emergency, and it never tries to diagnose.
