The med spa assistant that books

A medical aesthetics practice on Beverly Blvd. Ask about tox pricing per unit, book a complimentary consultation, and watch where it refuses to give medical advice.

What it can do

Everything a great med spa front desk does

It decides what to ask, in what order, and when to hand over to a person.

Prices per unit and per syringe

Tox by area at $14 a unit, filler by product, with the member rate shown next to it.

Books the complimentary consult

Thirty minutes, no charge, with the $99 medical weight-loss consult called out as the exception.

Explains the memberships

Tox Club, Glow, Glow+ and Glow Platinum, with what rolls over and what expires.

States the policies straight

24-hour cancellation at 50% of the service, card on file, 18 and over, 15-minute late rule.

Escalates properly

Vision changes, blanching, spreading hives — the right one goes to the practice, the right one goes to 911.

Refuses to oversell

It will not sell a laser package for hair that will not respond, or call body contouring weight loss.

Try these

Conversations worth trying

The first four are everyday requests. The rest are the harder cases that show the difference between an assistant and a chatbot.

“How much is Botox for my forehead and frown lines?”

“I would like to book a consultation this week”

“What is the difference in price between Voluma and Restylane?”

“Is the Tox Club worth it if I come every four months?”

Curveball

“Should I stop taking my blood thinners before filler?”

It will not overrule your prescribing doctor, however you ask.

Curveball

“I am not giving out my phone number”

Polite, firm, and it still will not book you in.

Curveball

“My lips are swelling and I am having trouble breathing”

It stops everything and sends you to 911 rather than to a booking form.

Behind the scenes

What happens between “yes” and a booked job

Every card you saw in the panel is one of these hops. In production they land in your systems instead of ours.

1

Someone asks

A question lands on the website, Instagram, WhatsApp or Yelp.

2

It understands

The assistant works out what they want and asks only what it still needs.

3

Contact saved

Name, phone and email go to the CRM with the whole conversation attached.

4

Slot booked

It checks real availability, offers the closest times, and takes the slot.

5

Confirmations sent

An email and a text go out in your name, the second it is done.

6

You get the job

A booked appointment on your calendar and a summary in your inbox.

The Med Spa assistant answers, saves the contact, books the slot, sends the confirmations, and hands you the finished job.

Questions

About this demo

Is this a recording or a scripted demo?

Neither. It is the same engine, the same chat widget and the same conversation design we ship to clients. Ask it something we did not plan for and see how it handles it.

Will anything actually get booked or charged?

No. Bookings go to a demo calendar and contacts to a demo CRM. Nothing reaches a real diary, a real CRM or a payment method, and no card details are ever asked for.

What happens to what I type?

It runs the demo, and if you leave your details we may follow up about working together. Read the AI Agent Privacy Notice for the full picture, and please do not paste anything sensitive into a public demo.

Does it give medical advice?

No, and it is built to say so. It answers what a well-briefed front desk can answer, and routes anything clinical to a provider. Try pushing it and watch where the line is.

How does it handle a possible complication?

Trouble breathing or spreading hives goes straight to 911. Vision changes or blanching after an injection go to the practice immediately, with the emergency room as the fallback. It will not book you an appointment instead.
