What it can do

Everything a great home services front desk does

It decides what to ask, in what order, and when to hand over to a person.

Picks the trade for you

Plumbing, electrical or handyman, decided from what you describe rather than from a menu.

Good / Better / Best per trade

A drain clear, a panel upgrade and a half-day of handyman work all price differently, and it knows how.

Captures the service address

Address and gate code are part of the booking, because a crew cannot be dispatched without them.

Handles the emergencies

Flooding, gas smell, a sparking outlet — each gets its own script before anything else happens.

Confirms by email and text

The booking confirmation goes out by email and text the moment the slot is taken.

Licence, permits, warranty

The licence statement, what a service call includes, and 30 days of labour warranty.

Try these

Conversations worth trying

The first four are everyday requests. The rest are the harder cases that show the difference between an assistant and a chatbot.

“How much to replace a water heater?”

“My kitchen sink is clogged, can someone come this week?”

“What does it cost to install an EV charger?”

“What warranty do you give on the work?”

Curveball

“A pipe burst and water is everywhere”

It tells you to shut off the main first and routes you to an emergency callback.

Curveball

“Can you walk me through replacing the outlet myself?”

It declines to coach anyone through live wiring, politely and completely.

Curveball

“I will give you the address when the tech calls me”

The service address is required, so it keeps asking rather than booking blind.

Behind the scenes

What happens between “yes” and a booked job

Every card you saw in the panel is one of these hops. In production they land in your systems instead of ours.

1

Someone asks

A question lands on the website, Instagram, WhatsApp or Yelp.

2

It understands

The assistant works out what they want and asks only what it still needs.

3

Contact saved

Name, phone and email go to the CRM with the whole conversation attached.

4

Slot booked

It checks real availability, offers the closest times, and takes the slot.

5

Confirmations sent

An email and a text go out in your name, the second it is done.

6

You get the job

A booked appointment on your calendar and a summary in your inbox.

The Home Services assistant answers, saves the contact, books the slot, sends the confirmations, and hands you the finished job.

Questions

About this demo

Is this a recording or a scripted demo?

Neither. It is the same engine, the same chat widget and the same conversation design we ship to clients. Ask it something we did not plan for and see how it handles it.

Will anything actually get booked or charged?

No. Bookings go to a demo calendar and contacts to a demo CRM. Nothing reaches a real diary, a real CRM or a payment method, and no card details are ever asked for.

What happens to what I type?

It runs the demo, and if you leave your details we may follow up about working together. Read the AI Agent Privacy Notice for the full picture, and please do not paste anything sensitive into a public demo.

One assistant for three trades — does that actually work?

It is the reason this demo exists. Describe a symptom and watch it choose the trade, ask the two or three questions that change the price, and land on a range for that trade only.

Why does it insist on the service address?

A crew cannot be sent without one, so the address is a required part of every booking. In production it is passed to your dispatch or field-service software along with the job.
