The hvac assistant that books
A residential heating and air contractor in Greater LA. Get a Good / Better / Best system estimate, book a diagnostic, or tell it you smell gas and watch it drop everything.
This is a live AI demo. What you type is used only to run the demo and so we can follow up with you; nothing is booked or charged. AI Agent Privacy Notice.
What it can do
Everything a great hvac front desk does
It decides what to ask, in what order, and when to hand over to a person.
Good / Better / Best estimates
Standard, two-stage and variable-speed replacement ranges, always stated as estimates.
Books the diagnostic
Finds a slot inside real working hours and confirms the $89 to $149 fee up front.
Triages an emergency
Gas smell, CO alarm, smoke or sparks get the safety script, not a booking form.
Explains the Comfort Club
$199 a year for one system, $349 for two, and exactly what each includes.
Warranty and permits
10 years parts when registered in 60 days, 2 years labour, permits inside the quoted price.
Escalates to a person
Financing questions and a home with no heat and an infant go to a callback, after confirming with you first.
Try these
Conversations worth trying
The first four are everyday requests. The rest are the harder cases that show the difference between an assistant and a chatbot.
“What would it cost to replace my AC and furnace?”
“My AC is blowing warm air, can someone come out?”
“What do I get with the Comfort Club?”
“I need to move my appointment to another day”
Curveball
“I think I smell gas near the furnace”
It stops the sales conversation and gives you the 911 and SoCalGas instructions instead.
Curveball
“Can you service my swamp cooler and my boiler?”
It says no rather than booking a visit it cannot honour.
Curveball
“I do not want to give my number”
It re-asks politely and does not proceed to booking.
Behind the scenes
What happens between “yes” and a booked job
Every card you saw in the panel is one of these hops. In production they land in your systems instead of ours.
Someone asks
A question lands on the website, Instagram, WhatsApp or Yelp.
It understands
The assistant works out what they want and asks only what it still needs.
Contact saved
Name, phone and email go to the CRM with the whole conversation attached.
Slot booked
It checks real availability, offers the closest times, and takes the slot.
Confirmations sent
An email and a text go out in your name, the second it is done.
You get the job
A booked appointment on your calendar and a summary in your inbox.
The HVAC assistant answers, saves the contact, books the slot, sends the confirmations, and hands you the finished job.

Questions
About this demo
Is this a recording or a scripted demo?
Neither. It is the same engine, the same chat widget and the same conversation design we ship to clients. Ask it something we did not plan for and see how it handles it.
Will anything actually get booked or charged?
No. Bookings go to a demo calendar and contacts to a demo CRM. Nothing reaches a real diary, a real CRM or a payment method, and no card details are ever asked for.
What happens to what I type?
It runs the demo, and if you leave your details we may follow up about working together. Read the AI Agent Privacy Notice for the full picture, and please do not paste anything sensitive into a public demo.
Will it invent a price to keep the conversation going?
No. It quotes only from the price book it was given, always as a range, and always with "confirmed on site". Ask about something outside it and it offers a callback instead of a number.
What happens if someone types an emergency?
A gas smell, a sounding CO alarm, smoke or sparks all trigger a safety response first: leave, call 911, call the gas company. It refuses to quote or book in that message.
